Chief John Majoy serves as the Chief of Police in the Village of Newburgh Heights, located just outside of the City of Cleveland. Chief Majoy has been in law enforcement since 1990. He is the Chair of the Northeast Ohio Amber Alert Committee. Chief Majoy holds a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice from Tiffin University. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy 220th Session and the Police Executive Leadership College. He serves as an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice at Tiffin University and Bowling Green State University.
Commander Frattare currently serves as the Director of State Investigations and the Statewide Commander for the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office, Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force. Commander Frattare is a Deputy United States Marshal assigned to the United States Secret Service; Electronic Crimes Task Force and the Cleveland FBI Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force. He is an Associate Instructor for the National Criminal Justice Training Center at Fox Valley Technical College, an Instructor for The Innocent Justice Foundation, and a Senior Chaplain with the International Fellowship of Chaplains.
Felicia Soto is the Associate Director of Esperanza, Inc., www.esperanzainc.org. She is a graduate of Saint Joseph Academy and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Haverford College. Felicia is passionate about education and believes continuous personal and professional growth is the key to improving quality of life and better communities. Felicia’s professional and community engagement includes President Emeritus of the Board of Esperanza, Inc. and former President of the Esperanza Alumni Association. She served on the board of Saint Joseph Academy from 2009 – 2015 where she chaired the Development Committee. Prior to joining Esperanza, Felicia was Vice President and Operations Manager at JPMorgan Chase from 2001-2016. She is a member of the Hispanic Roundtable and a recipient of Kaleidoscope Magazine’s Forty under Forty among Hispanics.
Sondra L. Sofranko CPA is a Principal in the tax department at Barnes Wendling, CPAs. Sondra has over 30 years of public accounting experience, most recently specializing in tax compliance and planning for personal service businesses, high wealth individuals, trusts, estates, and gifts. In her free time, Sondra likes to cook, read, listen to live music, and spend time with friends and family, including her husband and their rescue dog, Marvel. Sondra looks forward to traveling to visit their son, daughter and son-in-law.
Chris Minek is currently a CECOMS Supervisor for Cuyahoga County. Chris also manages the Northeast Ohio Amber Alert Program. Chris has an Associate's Degree and is a Navy War Veteran and has been in Law Enforcement for many years. As a side note, Chris is Gina's right-hand person and together they represent "boots on the street" for the missing and their families.
Betsy Martinez BSN, has been a healthcare professional for over 20 years in emergency and trauma medicine for the Cleveland Clinic Health System and Metro Health System. She is a proud alumnus of Ohio University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with her second degree, Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She specializes in emergency and trauma medicine. Betsy is the recipient of the Daisy Award for Extraordinary Nurses and currently holds certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC). She is a member of the National Association of Hispanic Nurses, Ohio Chapter. When Betsy is not practicing medicine and spreading her passion for nursing, she enjoys learning about history, the outdoors, and traveling to see new things and learning of other individuals and their cultural facets.
Kimberly Diemert has served as the Executive Director of the Hue Jackson Foundation since July of 2018, overseeing every phase of the foundation from program development and community education and awareness to assisting with recovery and long-term survivorship of those who have been victimized. A resident of Ohio for 19 years, she has spent 18 of those years in volunteer work and philanthropy. She served 7 years as a volunteer with the American Red Cross as a Disaster Relief Specialist and a Governmental Liaison and 14 years as a volunteer with Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospitals. While serving as a volunteer with Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital, she was the Founding Chair for the Bratenahl Circle of Friends, raising over $1.3 million dollars to support the families and children of the hospital. Prior to working as the Executive Director, she spent 17 years working in the legal profession, most in the capacity of investigator and trial work.
Rick Foran is a Developer in the City of Cleveland and has developed multiple projects, most recently a project in the Clark-Fulton area. Rick is the property owner of the Cleveland Family Center's current location and is spearheading the renovations and revitalization of the neighborhood.
